Rainy days can make for some fun indoor window light photography. Last weeks M4H Project 52 Weekly theme was "Heavy" with the heavy rainy season coming our way it is time to start thinking of fun things to do indoors with my daughter. Love this little one, she is so much fun to photograph! Even with her crazy morning hair!

Nursing Session |
We did get some nursing photos, but mom wants those to be kept private for her own personal memories. But instead I got an wonderful little milk face. Which is completely adorable! Newborn photography is a fun challenge. It takes time and patience to get them in the right position and in sleepy or milk drunk state. Owen is so adorable, I can't wait to visit him again! |

If you have never been to Soos Creek Botanical Gardens I highly recommend you do and just take a fun walk and see all that the garden has to offer. They do have classes there occasionally on gardening or even photography. You can volunteer to help with the gardening and there is also tours. All of this is listed on there site and can be found here.
Photographing Pouring Wine
How does this fit the "Loud" theme? Well when the alcohol starts pouring the volume starts to get loud.
I decided to set this up outside in the shade. I put a white paper in the background and had each of my sisters helping me. One held the glass and one poured. They did end up switching after the initial photos.
My setting were set to ISO 640 f/4 1/640 and changed my Drive Mode to High Speed Continuous
I was originally thinking I wanted it in the landscape format, but I changed my mind and photographed it in the portrait orientation. I also didn't want either hands showing up in the photo so I had my sister hold the glass at an angle at the base of the glass.
