This day I photographed it our typical Monday. I get up at 6am and do a 45min or less workout. I've been really into YouTube's Fitness Blender and their workout plans. They set up a workout plan using their free videos accessed on YouTube, I do combination of HIIT (high intensity interval training), cardio and strength workouts. I love how I can easily do them at work, get a good workout in and feel like I accomplished something. I do my workouts Monday to Friday and while waking up before kids is hard I'm glad I get it done, however many times one or both kids wakes up while I'm doing my workout.
Once my workout is done, I've showered and gotten myself something to eat. By 7-7:15 I start working on the girl's morning routine to get them ready for school and the day. It is food and vitamins/supplements first while they play and I make Melia's lunch box.
Most days we walk to school since her kindergarten is less than a mile away, thankfully today was a beautiful winter day, a little chilly but perfect for walking. Once the finally things like brushing teeth, going to the bathroom, shoes and jackets were on we headed out to school by 8:30am. Yes I'm very strict with time management, if things aren't happening and done by a certain time is stresses me out since I HATE being late!
For February I'm going to have to brainstorm some ideas and we will see what I come up with for next month!!
